Checks order themselves
MVRs from every state, PSP, previous-employer safety history, the Clearinghouse query and the pre-employment drug test all start the moment the application is signed.

AI reads every document
Dates are applied only when independent readings agree. A disagreement goes to a person, never a guess. Results are recorded as well as dates: a bad MVR is not "done".

Always audit-ready
Expiries are chased before they lapse, and the annual MVR and review are scheduled. A one-click audit pack is ready for each driver or the whole fleet.

Your random pool is kept in sync with your driver files and meets the 50% drug and 10% alcohol minimum rates. Test days are spread across the year, and selections go out unannounced.
Every draw is sealed before it happens and mixed with a public randomness beacon. Afterwards, anyone can recompute it: an auditor, an insurer, or you. Nobody can steer who gets picked, and that includes us.
Testing itself is done by your collection-site and C/TPA partners. DQFile runs the program and keeps the records.
Run by AI, under human oversight
Automated end to end
AI agents take intake, reading, ordering, follow-ups and reminders from start to finish. You handle the decisions only a carrier can make.
Honest about limits
Some steps depend on government systems or your driver's own action, like the Clearinghouse consent. When a step is waiting on someone, DQFile says so. It never shows a green check it hasn't earned.
Private by design
Social Security numbers, license data and medical status are encrypted and only ever shown partially. The application goes through the app, never a group chat.
